             Currently, Dr. Karim Lalani manages and operates out of two dental offices; Royal City Dental Centre in the heart of New Westminster, which has been recently renovated, and Madison Centre Dental Centre in newly developing North Burnaby.  The operatories are set-up to pamper patients.  Dr. Karim Lalani has committed to keeping up with the latest techniques and technology.  He has invested in cutting-edge equipment that benefits every patient that walks through the door.  The offices are equipped with digital x-ray machines that significantly reduce x-ray exposure, computer screens in every operatory for patients to visually see what the doctors see, and comprehensive appointments that will leave you feeling confident in treatment you receive or will receive.

             In August 2009, Dr. Lalani was awarded from the Fellowship for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and he also received a Fellowship from the Academy of Dentistry International for his years of community services.

 Lalani is also a Preferred provider of Invisalign Clear Orthodontics. This product has proven to be very popular and successful for patients.   Treatment includes a series of custom-made clear trays, which are nearly invisible, that gradually move the teeth and are removable for people to keep up with their day-to-day activities, so there are many lifestyle advantages, added to the incredible technology that this product has built in. 

 Lalani and his associates have extensive experience in General and Family dentistry. In addition, Dr. Lalani has extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of implants, reconstructive dental surgery, and performing cosmetic procedures that help patients achieve the smile of their dreams.
